New Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham

The New Alexandra Theatre is a beautiful Edwardian Theatre with 1347 seats. Showing pre and post West End productions, touring shows, opera, ballet, musicals and concerts. The New Alexandra Theatre is home to the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company.

The Company closed in 1982 but reestablished itself in 1991 and moved into their new high at the New Alexandra Theatre. Playbox Theatre also holds performances at the New Alexandra Theatre. They are one of Europe's leading theatre operations for children and young people.
